CleanHero is a growing home & facility service provider specializing in cleaning, HVAC, and pest control. We deliver high-quality work and great customer experience for residential and commercial clients.

We’re looking for a driven Marketing & BD Executive to help grow new revenue streams for the company - through affiliates/partnership programs, TikTok live, B2B deals, and more.

Responsibility

• Execute and grow key initiatives to drive new revenue, including the affiliate/partnership program, TikTok live, events/exhibitions, B2B and commercial deals
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, partners, corporate clients, and other stakeholders
• Support the planning and running of growth activities and campaigns
• Assist in creating media content using simple tools such as CapCut and AI.
• Track performance of initiatives and report results
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution
• Carry out other growth-related tasks as directed by the company

Requirements

• Have some experience in BD, marketing, sales, or partnerships
• A+ attitude, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Communicate well and build relationships easily
• Get things done without being told twice
• Are comfortable with numbers and deadlines
• (Bonus) Have B2B or corporate sales experience
