Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT N1 or N2) certification.

Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Japanese Language, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in:

• Japanese

• English

• Bahasa Malaysia

Provide translation and interpretation support during meetings, discussions, and daily operations.

Translate technical documents, manufacturing procedures, work instructions, reports, emails, and presentations.

Assist Japanese management in communicating with local employees and departments.

Support production, engineering, quality assurance, and other operational teams by facilitating effective communication.

Attend meetings and provide consecutive interpretation when required.

Ensure all translations maintain accuracy and confidentiality.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Support administrative duties related to Japanese expatriates when required.
