Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Management Trainee to join our restaurant operations team in Kuala Lumpur.

This position offers hands-on training and practical experience in managing daily restaurant operations, covering both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) activities.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to customer service, food preparation, team coordination, inventory management, and restaurant operations, with opportunities to develop leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations, including Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) activities.
• Provide quality customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Support food preparation, order handling, food serving, and other operational duties.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Support inventory management, stock monitoring, and wastage control.
• Coordinate with supervisors and restaurant team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving service-related issues.
• Support the achievement of restaurant service and operational targets.
• Follow company procedures and restaurant operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required. Internship and part-time experience are accepted.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in restaurant operations.
• Willing to perform hands-on duties in both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically active environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates leadership potential, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Customer-oriented, responsible, and adaptable.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary & Working Conditions

• Starting salary: RM4,000 per month.
• Salary upon confirmation: RM4,500 per month.
• Working location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Working arrangement: Fully onsite.
• Working hours: Normal working hours, subject to restaurant operational requirements.
• Rest days: 6 days per month.
• Weekend and public holiday shifts will follow the assigned work schedule.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
