Contract duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import, export, repair, return, temporary, and warranty shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and sales invoices.
• Process SAP order bookings and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, project teams, and service teams.
• Track purchases and deliveries, and resolve shipment discrepancies and delays.
• Manage warehouse receiving, recording, repacking, labelling, and inventory documentation.
• Perform light packing when required.
• Apply for AP permits and verify customs documents, including K1 forms.
• Monitor customs clearance, delivery progress, and freight forwarder compliance with site safety requirements.
• Apply knowledge of Incoterms to manage time-critical shipments.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer master data.
• Collaborate with SCM on procurement, supplier coordination, and process improvements.
• Work under tight deadlines and support the team to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure accurate records, regulatory compliance, and timely operational support.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in import/export, warehouse management, or business administration.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of AI tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Energetic, assertive, and proactive personality.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
