Job Description:
Provide professional advice and product recommendations to customers based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Maintain daily shop operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandise organisation.
Assist with visual merchandising and ensure clothing displays are neat, attractive, and well-presented.
Process customer purchases, payments, and transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Monitor stock levels, assist with stocktaking, and report inventory discrepancies when necessary.
