Looking for an IT role where you get to work closely with users and be the go-to IT person on-site? This could be for you!

Your Role:

  • Provide day-to-day onsite IT & end-user support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
  • Support Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
  • Manage IT assets and support ticketing systems
  • Coordinate with client & internal IT teams
  • Assist with IT rollouts, upgrades & deployments
  • Escalate complex issues when required

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in desktop, network or onsite IT support
  • Good troubleshooting skills in hardware, software and network environments
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • ITIL knowledge/certification is an advantage
  • Able to work independently and coordinate with different stakeholders

Junior or experienced candidates are welcome!

Salary will be commensurate with experience and technical skillset.
