The Sales & Marketing Intern assists the commercial team in driving room revenue, booking events, and managing the hotel’s public brand image. This role provides exposure to corporate sales and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct competitor analysis, track local corporate accounts, and identify potential sales leads.
• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Assist in managing the hotel's social media platforms, writing copy for promotional campaigns, and creating visual assets via design software.
• Site Inspections & Client Relations: Support sales managers during site inspections, coordinate corporate client visits, and respond professionally to general inquiries.
• Event Coordination: Assist the Events and Banquet teams with proposal drafting, contract preparation, and logistics for upcoming functions.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma program in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Creativity with basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) or social media management.
