Position Overview

This dynamic leadership position has multi-site responsibilities, focusing on

revenue growth, member experience excellence, and operational optimization.

Success in this role requires effective people management while supporting and

implementing standards of excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & revenue

• Drive new membership sales to meet and exceed monthly targets

• Use a multi-channel approach to secure sufficient leads for the sales

funnel.

• Build relationships with your member base to ensure a steady flow of

referrals

• Conduct neighborhood canvassing campaigns to generate leads

• Monitor sales metrics and optimize conversion strategies

Personal training services

• Ensure PT targets are met through effective sales and scheduling

• Drive PT services during the membership signing process to maximize

conversion

• Support trainer development and certification compliance

• Optimize PT programming to enhance member satisfaction

• Collaborate with PT Manager to maximize personal training revenue

Member experience

• Maintain high member satisfaction and retention rates

• Create a welcoming environment that enhances the member journey

• Handle member feedback and resolve concerns promptly

• Ensure consistent delivery of member onboarding and consultations

• Implement effective retention programs and engagement initiatives

Team Leadership

• Develop and mentor your respective employees

• Create performance objectives and development plans for direct reports

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide leadership coaching

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous

improvement

• Lead multi-site team meetings and facilitate best practice sharing

Experience & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Must be a Singaporean or Permanent Resident

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets

•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance development
