We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a team of IT specialists, system administrators, and network engineers to deliver managed endpoint services, SaaS applications, and infrastructure solutions. You will work alongside with Project Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our IT projects and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical strategies for managed services, including endpoints, SaaS application and infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor a technical team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Design and oversee the implementation of technical solutions for clients.
• Act as the top-level escalation point for resolving complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate new technologies into service offerings.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation to increase efficiency.
• Oversee technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
• Ensure all technical documentation and standards are maintained.
• Oversee IT infrastructure and security measures, ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Act as a technical advisor to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership, preferably in managed services or IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing service delivery.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Strong troubleshooting and escalation experience with complex technical issues.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure) and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools.
• Experience with automation and process optimization tools.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualisation, and security practices.

Soft Skills

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant professional certifications are a plus
