Required Experience & Competencies

• Engineering degree with experience in Refinery, Petrochemical or Oil & Gas projects.
• Process Engineering background preferred, with sufficient multidisciplinary understanding to manage engineering interfaces.
• Good knowledge of project management, engineering execution, schedules, milestones and project lifecycle.
• Experience across Pre-FEED, FEED and Detailed Engineering.
• Strong experience in brownfield projects, including site verification, MOC/revamp/turnaround activities; greenfield experience is also preferred.
• Good understanding of refinery/petrochemical plant operations and site environment.
• Good understanding of multidiscipline interfaces, particularly Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Familiarity with relevant Oil & Gas industry codes and standards.
• Working knowledge of 3D engineering/model platforms such as PDMS/E3D or SP3D is preferred.
• Understanding of engineering deliverable review and IDC/quality processes.
• Strong client-facing capability with ability to work directly with Operations, Maintenance and Technical stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Able to independently manage client interactions, priorities, actions and offshore-team coordination.
