Looking for a smart buyer who makes sure we get the right things, at the right price, right on time!

What you’ll be doing

• Find and onboard reliable suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders and follow them through to delivery.
• Compare quotes and negotiate better deals.
• Keep vendor records, contracts & invoices in order.
• Chase deliveries so nothing arrives late.
• Track stock and flag what needs reordering.
• Sort out vendor mix-ups before they become delays

What we’re looking for

• Any Diploma or degree works, certs a plus !
• Sharp with numbers and details.
• Confident communicator, not shy to negotiate.
• Comfortable with Excel & MS Office.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and dependable.
• Curious about how supply chains work.
• Fresh graduates, Entry Level and Mid-Career switch are welcome to apply too !

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month

Education:

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
