Job Description

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible to support the full-service operations of all our business.

1.       You will assign tasks to the team members, plan and implement the maintenance, cleaning and posting rosters, process posting data and ensure the correct posting schedules and posters are assigned to the respective teams, supervise maintenance, cleaning and posting quality.  Updating daily reports and ensure the operations workflow and data are updated.

• Liaise closely with clients on any issues, such as cleanliness, posters installations and removals, posters inventory, etc.
• Weekly posting duties – putting up advertisement posters at the assigned bus shelters according to the schedules
• Submissions of completion reports with POP photos uploaded to clients One Drive.
• Attend to feedback on posting, maintenance and cleaning issues.
• Ensuring assets, equipment and poster inventories are in order and accounted for.
• Regular inspections and schedule fleet maintenance
• Manage the Operations Supervisors and workers reporting directly to you.
• To manage the operations software and data, keeping track of all vehicles.

2.       Review posting and cleaning processes and reallocate sites to maximize resource and route efficiency.

3.       Help in the development of monitoring systems for poster stock management, return and disposal by reviewing current policies and procedures.

4.       Assist in reviewing cleaning equipment needed and cleaning procedure for shelter cleaning to increase cleaning efficiency.

5.       Uphold a safe and healthy working environment at work by establishing, adhering, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

6.       Boost relationship with team members through positive communication and maintain ground level cooperation.

7. Willingness to work beyond office hours as we manage a 24/7 operations.

9. The ideal candidate should have at least a GCE O level with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in facility management or logistics or M&R operations.

10. Entry level candidate with positive attitude may be considered.

11. A good candidate should be equipped with:

• Good computer knowledge is mandatory

• Proficient in MS Office
