Reachfield Security (a Grade “A” agency) specializes in supplying security manpower to schools, factories, shopping centers, museums, libraries, etc.
Position: Full Time, Security Supervisor / Senior Security Supervisor
Salary up to $3730 gross per month (5666 days work arrangement) / Salary up to $4030 gross per month (5666 days work arrangement)
Location of work:
SSS > Day @ Woodlands / Night @ Outram Park
New Assignment > January 2027 > New PWM wages
SSS > Day @ Shenton Way
SS > Day / Night @ Kallang Sector (Geylang Bahru)
1. Supervise a team of security personnel.
2. Good leadership skills and ability to lead a security team to meet the client's requirements.
3. Day/night depends on location; 12-hour shift (fixed shift, no need to rotate)
4. Job duties include leading the team, conducting daily briefings, patrolling, protecting clients' premises and access control, etc.
5. Possessed with PLRD license (SSS/SS rank) and completed CERT training (Requirement – Tier 2 – WSQ-Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings).
6. Work with the client's representative closely and carry out instructions according to the set SOP.
7. PC is literate and able to put up incident reports.
8. Conduct OJT for new staff; guide, advise, and orient new staff for the job.
9. Attend management meetings.
