Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

At least 4 year(s) working experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment, including experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Able to run shifts.

Computer literate and with fair spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsible, good leadership and good interpersonal skills.

To provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance

Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, resources, and facilities

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

To check production output according to the specifications

To identify issues, report, and suggest improvements to superior

To train new employees on how to safely use of machinery and follow procedures

Deal with human resource department about worker performance

Other duties assigned by superior from time to time
