Join us as a Loan Processing Admin Assistant, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our loan operations. This role offers hands-on training, strong growth opportunities in financial services, and a supportive team that will guide you as you handle documentation, data entry, and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process.

We offer a min. 6-month part-time contract

Responsibilities:

• Conduct credit analysis for individual and corporate loan applications
• Process and prepare all loan application documents
• Liaise with applicants on all loan-related matters
• Ensure all loan processes are carried out in line with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and data protection standards.
• Meet clients for document signing
• Verify customer information and supporting documents
• Maintain organised records and provide general administrative support
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or O-Level with strong numerical skills,
• or
• 1–2 years of relevant finance/loan experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive in learning and able to adapt quickly
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Meticulous and detail-focused, ensuring accuracy in all work
• Good time management and organizational skills
