Willing to work onsite at Sunlight Industries Sdn. Bhd., SENAI Johor

Possess a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with on-the-job training provided.

Basic communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; able to understand operation manuals and handle daily communication.

Familiar with machine operation processes and able to carry out production according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot machine issues.

Responsible and detail-oriented, ensuring production quality.

Physically healthy and able to adapt to a standing work environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Operate and maintain gravure cylinder production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Monitor machine performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal output and quality.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to prevent equipment downtime.

Conduct quality checks on finished cylinders, verifying dimensions, surface finish, and other specifications using measuring instruments.

Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, reporting issues to the supervisor and assisting with repairs as needed.

Maintain accurate production records, documenting machine settings, output quantities, and any deviations from standard procedures.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
