Kelayakan

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Responsible, organized and willing to learn.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fresh candidates are welcome to apply.

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Location: Kuala Lumpur

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist with daily office administrative tasks.

  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning and document preparation.

  • Prepare and organize quotations, invoices and other documents.

  • Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.

  • Assist with customer follow-ups and appointment arrangements.

  • Maintain and update customer records.

  • Assist with installation records and related documentation.

  • Coordinate with customers and internal team members.

  • Assist with general office operations and ad-hoc tasks.
