Education: Min SPM

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing

Good communication skills, especially when dealing with parents

Patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented

Strong sales mindset and target-driven

Familiar with social media and basic digital marketing

Able to work independently and in a team

Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Plans and executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.

Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Evaluates emerging technologies.

Laise with clients thru whatsapp, phone call or one-to-one session.

Explain our programmes and package clearly to clients and arrange schedule for assessment.

Manage sales record, client database, follow up clients payment.
