- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate screening, and on-boarding programs.
- Support employee relations matters, engagement initiatives, and workplace communications.
- Assist with performance appraisal processes, probation assessments, and development plans.
- Facilitate training administration, capability building initiatives, and record maintenance.
- Oversee HR administration, operational reporting, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of human resources generalist experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in standard office software and HR systems.
