minimum 2-3 years (Account Assistant) / 4 - 6yrs above (Account Executive)

Candidates must possess at least a Certificate in LCCI or Diploma or equivalent. MANDARIN SPEAKER

Relevant working experience for Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Willing to be based at Taman Cheras Utama

Possess own transport

Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage

To assist the Finance Manager and supervise daily Accounts Department Operations.

To supervise your subordinates in the areas of generating financial reports, processing payables, receivables, journal vouchers, petty cash, inventory report, maintenance of fixed assets registers, filling, etc.

Prepare timely full set of accounts and management reports.

Ensure all accounting entries are correctly posted on timely basis.

Responsible on monthly Stock reports and inter-company billings.

Handle daily operational decision relating to accounting, cash flow, taxation and credit control.

Liaise with banker and negotiate for the best forex currency quote, to submit application of Telegraphic Transfer, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, and Bankers Acceptance to the bank.

Prepare Profit & Loss Analysis, Balance Sheet and Cash flow within stipulated timeframe with applicable accounting standards.

Generate monthly management reports in accordance with approved Accounting Standards.

Responsible for yearly financial closing by printing the necessary reports for auditor.
