Kelayakan

  • Minimum qualification SPM and above.

  • Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) are welcome to apply.

  • Proficient in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is required to support Mandarin-speaking customers.

  • Customer service, call center, or BPO experience is an added advantage.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, patient, and willing to learn.

  • Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Tanggungjawab

  • Provide professional customer service to customers through inbound calls, chat & email.

  • Handle customer inquiries with accuracy, empathy, and a service-focused attitude

  • Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer issues

  • Follow up to ensure all cases are resolved on time

  • Keep customer records accurate and updated in the system
