* Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent qualification.

* At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.

* Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

* Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

* Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, SST, and tax requirements is an advantage.

* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Able to work on Saturday.

* Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.

* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

* Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

* Perform bank reconciliation and monitor company cash flow.

* Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

* Follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.

* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

* Assist with SST, tax, audit, and other statutory matters when required.

* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, suppliers, and customers when required.

* Ensure accounting records are properly maintained and comply with company policies.

* Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.
