• Prepare monthly customer invoices for hostel rental, utilities and other applicable charges.
• Collect and verify electricity and water usage summaries for monthly billing.
• Prepare and submit e-Invoices, Credit Notes and Debit Notes through the relevant system.
• Send invoices and billing documents to customers and handle billing-related enquiries.
• Monitor customer outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments and maintain accurate Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Record and reconcile customer payments and issue official receipts upon receipt of payment.
• Prepare Statements of Account (SOA) and monthly outstanding payment reports for HOD review.
• Handle customer checkout billing, including final electricity/water usage, damage charges and deposit settlement.
• Maintain proper accounting and billing records and perform other accounting or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in AR, billing or accounting.
• Experience in billing, invoicing and e-Invoice is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Million Accounting System is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferably residing in Kulai.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
