Job Summary
Responsible for processing service orders and supporting the delivery, repair, replacement, and shipment of parts and equipment. Manages transactions, materials, warehouse/site operations, and logistics activities. Contributes to departmental operational plans and supports the implementation of process and product changes within the team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Process customer orders and enter information into internal systems
Support customer portal activities, forecasting, billing, and collections.
Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
Coordinate with operations teams to communicate order status and delivery commitments.
Support sales activities for assigned customers.
Work with internal stakeholders to exchange technical and operational information.
Handle routine projects and processes following established procedures
Manage assigned customer accounts within predefined contractual frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant Services experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in order management and business systems.
