Summary:

1. Compliance to ISO 9001:2008 requirement
2. Obtain ISO 9001:2008 Certification for relevant sites as required by the Concession Agreement/Customer requirement
3. Comply with Quality, Safety, Health & Environment policy in accordance to the relevant authority i.e. DOSH, DOE, BOMBA
4. Develop Quality Manual procedures and work instructions to be implemented at various site.
5. Do internal audit & evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions at site

Job Description:

1. Establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
2. Data collection, management and analysis
3. Liaison with the Client safety officer, DOSH and Factories and Machinery Department officer
4. Compile all statistics safety, health, quality and environment data and prepare the loss time report for the project
5. Initiation, co-ordination and supervision of the job safety, health, quality and environment program
6. Participation at the client’s safety, health, quality and environment meeting
7. Prepare of monthly safety, health, quality and environment and submit accordingly
8. Draft policies and procedures
9. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
10. Implementing new policies and directives at place (site)
11. Working towards ensuring Quality, Safety, Health and Environment
12. Attending meetings, writing report audit safety, health, quality and environment
13. Advisor to the committees Health, Safety, Quality and Environment
14. Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects to promote Health improvement
15. Developing health awareness, safety, quality and environment to workers at site
16. Training courses, accident prevention, Health, Quality and Environment
17. Communicating with clients, Officer (JKKP) and Sub-Contractors above Safety and Health in workplace

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Certification with experience
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Report writing skill, analytical skill
