Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance monitoring.

• Work with suppliers to improve product quality and resolve quality issues.

• Support new supplier and material qualification processes.

• Investigate quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Handle supplier corrective action requests (SCAR) and follow up on improvements.

• Conduct incoming and outgoing quality inspections.

• Maintain quality records and ISO documentation.

• Plan and conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.

• Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are completed.

• Lead quality review meetings and work with internal teams to resolve quality issues.

• Prepare quality reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of supplier quality management and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485).

• Familiar with quality tools such as CAPA, SCAR, PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, and 8D problem-solving.

• Experience in conducting internal and external audits.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
