About the role

Join a fast-paced outlet team delivering warm service and smooth daily operations. Take on hands-on customer-facing duties while learning structured food safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and support a positive dining experience

• Take and process orders, handle payments, and assist with serving items accurately

• Support daily outlet operations, including set-up and close-down activities

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks while maintaining quality standards

• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, kitchen-support areas, and equipment in line with hygiene requirements

• Follow food safety practices and outlet operating procedures consistently

• Help with inventory support such as stock checks, replenishment, and receiving deliveries

• Raise customer feedback, complaints, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly

• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet service standards during peak periods

  About you

  • GCE "N" Level and above with relevant F&B/service training is an advantage

  • Able to commit to rotating shifts within operating hours, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled

  • Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred

  • Comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing hands-on outlet duties

  • Service-oriented with a positive, team-based working style

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures and hygiene standards consistently

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
