As the Project Management Officer (PMO) for the team, you are responsible for ensuring that project governance basedon corporate standards are in place by tracking and reporting the progress ofeach project within the Shared Platform team.

You help to pull disparate but relevant and accurateinformation together in a timely fashion to support effective decision makingand assist in the often overlooked but critical aspects of large projects suchas project administration, staff on and off-boarding and other administrativetasks.

•           Tracking and reporting the progress of each project within the Shared Platformteam.

•           Collate and maintain staff numbers and types, seating plans, and assets.

•           Liaising and chasing up stakeholders for information to consolidate forreporting.

•           Enhance existing reports in line with changes to business and stakeholderexpectations
