Coordinate regional operational activities and ensure efficient service delivery.
Work closely with regional teams, customers, and business partners to achieve operational objectives.
Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends, and follow up on improvement plans.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and standardise processes across countries.
Prepare operational reports and analyse data to support business decisions.
Assist with resource planning, capacity utilisation, and peak-period forecasting.
Coordinate project execution and customer onboarding with implementation teams.
Participate in customer business reviews and provide operational updates.
Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
Carry out other related duties as required.
