Job Summary

You will oversee daily studio operations, deliver treatments, consult clients, supervise therapists, and manage operational tasks to maintain high service standards and smooth studio functioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations including appointment scheduling and staff duty allocation to ensure efficient workflow
• Deliver facial treatments and other services within your training and competency, adhering to studio protocols
• Conduct client consultations, maintain accurate treatment records, and provide tailored aftercare advice
• Recommend appropriate treatments, packages, and homecare products based on client needs to support sales
• Coach therapists on consultation techniques, treatment delivery, and client service excellence
• Support individual and studio sales targets through ethical recommendations and consistent client follow-up
• Assist with staff onboarding, training, and providing constructive performance feedback
• Address client enquiries, concerns, and service recovery professionally, escalating issues when necessary
• Monitor stock levels, treatment consumables, and equipment condition; coordinate timely replenishment and maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and readiness of treatment rooms to meet studio standards
• Track sales, rebooking rates, and operational performance; report updates to the founder regularly
• Identify and implement improvements to daily workflows and enhance the client experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience or senior therapist experience with staff mentoring
• Relevant beauty therapy qualifications or professional training
• Experience in facial treatments, diode hair removal or lash services
• Availability to work weekends
