Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all technical activities in production.
• Responsible for tooling, raw materials, and machine maintenance.
• Responsible for manpower arrangement.
• Responsible for operator overtime (OT) and transportation arrangements.
• Responsible for all types of workshop equipment and other GME products.
• Responsible for providing technical support and resolving technical problems.
• Responsible and accountable for material usage and non-conformance control.
• Plan and manage the entire production process.
• Ensure good product quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure the targeted daily production quantity is achieved.
• Ensure all machines in the production area are in good condition and operate without errors.
• Ensure the work environment is neat, conducive, and safe for work.
• Carry out all duties specified in the Quality System Documentation.
• Manage and supervise the production workforce effectively.
• Handle material cutting activities.
• In charge of cutting task arrangements for cutting operators.
• Manage production personnel and operators.
• In charge of Tool Room control and assist the Senior Production Engineer.
• Establish the process flow for product implementation.
• Ensure all operating processes are set up according to process drawings and schedule planning.
• Verify all documents and reports related to the production department.
• Accountable for machine parts usage.
• Supervise production operators and provide training when necessary.
• Prepare and monitor work schedules, projects, costing, procurement, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progresses smoothly and is completed within the targeted time and budget.
• Address issues as they arise to minimize disruption.
• Update the MIX System to meet GME Carbon requirements.
• Estimate product cycle time from the beginning to the end of the process.
• Coordinate all activities according to the planned project deadlines.
• Analyze production capacity at GME CARBON SDN BHD, including manpower, machines, materials, information, and energy.
• Perform any other assignments as instructed by the superior.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
