Job Responsibility
- Develop and present interior design concepts and proposals to clients.
- Create detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design integrity.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials and furnishings.
- Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and material properties.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
