Job Summary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support our HR team with day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage work pass applications and renewals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate employment medical check-ups with clinics to support employee health screening
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, HR events, and staff welfare activities to enhance employee engagement
• Organize training programmes by handling nominations, logistics, attendance tracking, and record maintenance
• Process HR transactions including confirmations, transfers, contract renewals, resignations, and issuance of Certificates of Employment (COEs)
• Administer staff insurance, corporate passes, and coordinate HR-related invoice processing with Finance
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS and physical filing systems
• Support performance appraisal processes, payroll and benefits administration, and system access setup for employees
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum diploma holder
• Relevant HR experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills demonstrated through accurate handling of HR data and processes
• Proficient in administrative tasks, data entry, and use of HR information systems
• Effective coordination and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data privacy
