Key Responsibilities

Daily Store Operations

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
• Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.

Customer Service & Sales

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and recommendations.
• Handle customer feedback and concerns professionally.
• Support in-store promotions, seasonal displays, and sales activities.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
• Receive, check, label, arrange, and organize incoming stock.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory monitoring, and stock replenishment.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged products, and low-stock items.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation.
• Ensure the store remains neat, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Job Requirements

• Positive attitude, good work ethic, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in retail, cashiering, customer service, or F&B will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without prior retail experience are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.
• Must be able to commute reliably to Cyberjaya, Selangor.
