As a Microsoft Azure Presales Consultant, you will join our Channel Business team in Malaysia and act as a trusted technical advisor to our partner ecosystem.

You will work closely with Channel Account Managers, Microsoft stakeholders, reseller partners, customers, and delivery teams to identify opportunities and design practical Azure solutions. Your technical guidance will help partners strengthen their Azure capabilities, progress customer opportunities, and accelerate cloud adoption.

• Provide technical presales support for partner-led Microsoft Azure opportunities, from discovery and qualification through solution design, proposal development, and customer presentation.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-conscious Azure solutions across compute, networking, storage, identity, security, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, governance, and hybrid cloud.
• Deliver partner workshops, technical briefings, architecture sessions, solution demonstrations, and enablement activities that strengthen partner capability and confidence.
• Conduct technical discovery, develop solution architectures, prepare sizing and consumption estimates, and address technical questions or objections during customer and partner engagements.
• Collaborate with Channel Account Managers, Microsoft, sales, delivery, and operations teams to progress opportunities while contributing reusable architectures, technical playbooks, and enablement assets.

• Experience in Azure technical presales, cloud consulting, solution architecture, systems engineering, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong practical knowledge of Azure across compute, networking, storage, Microsoft Entra ID, security, backup, disaster recovery, monitoring, governance, and hybrid-cloud architecture.
• Ability to conduct technical discovery and translate business and technical requirements into clear, practical, and commercially viable cloud solutions.
• Experience supporting cloud assessments, migrations, solution demonstrations, proofs of concept, or cloud adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with a collaborative and partner-focused approach.
