Job Description

• Design and develop precision engineering components, mechanical parts, and assemblies.
• Develop new products and improve existing designs to meet customer requirements.
• Select suitable materials, dimensions, and manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with production, CNC machining, and quality control teams to ensure product quality.
• Review and improve product designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and performance.
• Support prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure designs comply with engineering standards and customer specifications.
• Maintain proper engineering documentation and records.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in precision engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, milling, turning, and fabrication processes.
• Good understanding of engineering materials, dimensional tolerances, and fits.
• Experience in designing precision components and mechanical assemblies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with production and engineering teams.
