Handle front desk duties, phone calls, visitors, couriers, and deliveries.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll timesheets, overtime, and ERP submissions.
Advise staff on salary, benefits, and employment matters based on Singapore MOM regulations.
Maintain employee records, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with employment requirements.
Support project administration, office supplies management, and other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration or other related courses.
