Operations Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the company’s daily business operations.
• Coordinate warehouse activities, stock control, deliveries and logistics arrangements.
• Oversee daily work schedules and ensure smooth business operations.
• Supervise workers and ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and delivery personnel.
• Assist management in resolving operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures and operational standards.
• Perform other operational and supervisory duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Must have relevant working experience in company operations, business management or supervisory roles.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Experience in the timber, plywood, building materials, trading or distribution industry will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Hardworking, responsible, reliable and self-motivated.
• Willing to perform hands-on duties when required.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment.
• Willing to work overtime or extended hours when operationally required, in accordance with employment regulations.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a positive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork.

Employment Details

• Full-time, permanent position.
• Working hours and rest days in accordance with the employment contract and applicable employment regulations.
• Salary commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
