Our client is a global technology solutions provider trusted by leading organisations to modernise, secure and scale their business. They are expanding their Financial Services practice and want a driven Account Manager who can do two things well: deepen relationships with existing clients and open doors to new ones.

This is not a pure farming role, and it’s not a cold-calling grind. You’ll inherit a portfolio of established FSI accounts and be trusted to grow them strategically. You’ll also have the freedom and backing to hunt new logos across banking, insurance and capital markets.

What you’ll do

• Own and grow a portfolio of inherited FSI accounts by building account plans, mapping stakeholders and expanding wallet share.
• Hunt and close new logos by building pipeline from prospecting through to signed deal.
• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, IT leaders and procurement teams.
• Work with pre-sales, solution architects and delivery teams to shape solutions that solve real business problems.
• Manage your forecast and pipeline with discipline, and consistently meet or exceed quota.
• Stay sharp on FSI trends, regulation and technology shifts so you can lead conversations with credibility.

What you’ll bring

• At least 4 years of B2B technology sales experience combining account management and new-business hunting.
• A track record of selling into Financial Services organisations such as banks, insurers or asset managers.
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts while also landing new logos.
• Comfort navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• A consultative, commercially sharp approach backed by strong communication and presentation skills.
• Hunger, resilience and an ownership mindset.
