Job Summary

You will supervise food stall operations, ensuring cleanliness, smooth opening and closing processes, and excellent customer service while training staff and handling feedback in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate confidently with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Inspect and maintain overall cleanliness of the food stall to meet company standards
• Train staff effectively to uphold service quality and operational procedures
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance service experience
• Manage opening and closing processes to ensure operational readiness and security
• Adapt quickly and think on your feet to handle fast-paced work demands
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
• Work night shifts and public holidays as required, maintaining professionalism and energy

Required competencies and certifications

• Experience in a supervisory role managing food stall operations
