Job Description:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
Monitor workers' attendance, work progress and productivity.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site management.
Ensure workers follow safety rules and site regulations.
Report work progress and site issues to the Project Manager.
Check the quality of work and ensure timely completion.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site experience.
Able to supervise and manage construction workers.
Good knowledge of construction methods and site safety.
Able to read and understand construction drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.
Willing to work on construction sites.
