- Lead and drive regional business development and channel partnership strategies
- Develop, manage, and expand channel partner networks across regional markets
- Build strong relationships with business owners, distributors, agents, strategic partners, and key stakeholders
- Understand clients’ business needs in Singapore and provide suitable business solutions and support
- Lead project coordination and timeline management for CRM and AI-related projects
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure CRM and AI project implementation within agreed lead time
- Identify new market opportunities and partnership channels to achieve business growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional business development teams to achieve performance targets
- Monitor channel partner performance and provide strategic support to maximise sales growth
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure effective execution of regional business plans
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and business forecasting
- Prepare business proposals, partnership plans, and management reports
