CAT GROOMER - New Cat-Only Salon in Sembawang
Do you talk to cats like they're people? We'd love to meet you.
Yukiyo is a cat-only grooming brand in Singapore. We groom cats in their own homes across the island, and we share our grooming days with a big community on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook (@yukiyo.sg).
Now we're opening our first salon in Sembawang and we are looking for groomers to build it with us.

Experienced cat groomers are preferred. No experience? Apply anyway. If you have the right attitude, we'll train you from the get-go.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Groom cats of all coat lengths: baths, blow drying, nail trims, ear and eye cleaning, sanitary trims, de-shedding and mat removal
- Learn and carry out cuts like lion and bear cuts
- Read each cat's body language and adjust. Gentle handling, no scruffing
- Stay calm with fearful and aggressive cats
- Keep your tools and grooming area clean and hygienic
- Talk to paw parents before and after each groom, and explain how it went
- Help with daily salon tasks as the team grows
- You're gentle and patient, and you truly love cats
- You talk to cats like you'd talk to a person
- An angry cat doesn't scare you. You stay calm and let the cat set the pace
- You're reliable, tidy and responsible

WORKING HOURS
- Salon hours: 10am to 7pm daily, closed on public holidays
- 5 to 6 working days a week. Rotational off days.
