Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Support day-to-day digital operational activities and project coordination
• Coordinate workflows, implementation activities, and operational processes across multiple teams
• Monitor project timelines, task progress, and operational deliverables to ensure smooth execution
• Assist in managing digital platforms, system workflows, and user coordination activities
• Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency enhancements
• Prepare operational reports, project updates, meeting documentation, and business presentations
• Conduct research on digital trends, fintech developments, Web3 technologies, and emerging digital solutions
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and coordinating follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders
• Support strategic planning and digital transformation initiatives where required
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and take ownership
• Interest in Web3, fintech, operations, or digital business models is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
