Support project execution by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and liaising with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project tasks by breaking down projects into manageable activities with clear timeframes to meet deadlines
Schedule and organize regular meetings, documenting decisions, assigned tasks, and next steps to maintain project progress
Develop and update workflows to optimize project processes and team collaboration
Process quotations and issue purchase orders accurately to support procurement and project needs
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to clarify quotations and coordinate deliveries
Perform administrative duties that support project coordination and team efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience working as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role
Proficiency in creating flowcharts, managing project documentation, and maintaining schedules
Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
