Responsibilities

Store & Customer Experience

• Greet customers, answer basic product questions, and help them find items in a friendly manner.
• Keep display areas tidy and restock shelves so the showroom always looks presentable.

Stock & Warehouse Operations

• Receive deliveries, check items against invoices, and record discrepancies in simple logs.
• Pick, pack, and prepare online orders for dispatch, following packing checklists for accuracy.
• Label, organise, and rotate stock to reduce errors and prevent product damage.
• Assist with basic stock counts and update inventory spreadsheets or systems.

Team and Process Support

• Coordinate with delivery partners to arrange collections and handovers at the warehouse.
• Report low stock, damaged goods, or customer feedback clearly to supervisors at shift end.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, and keep the work area clean and hazard free.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Fresh graduates or applicants with 0 to 1 year of work experience are welcome.
• Basic secondary education or equivalent is preferred but not required for the right attitude.
• Previous part-time retail, F&B, or warehouse exposure is a plus but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic cash handling and POS operation or willingness to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with simple inventory tasks, packing, and stock labelling procedures.
• Comfort using mobile phones or tablets for order checks and simple data entry into spreadsheets.
• Awareness of basic warehouse safety and manual handling best practices.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Communicate politely and clearly with customers and teammates, both in person and over chat.
• Stay organised during busy shifts and follow checklists without prompting.
• Show a helpful attitude, reliability with shift times, and willingness to learn routines.
• Be physically able to stand for long periods and move light to medium boxes as needed.
