Ansell is looking for a Lead Analyst, IT Development to join our team in Cyberjaya!

Reporting to the Director, IT Development, you will lead technical architecture and development activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O). Working closely with functional leads, system administrators, vendors, IT stakeholders, and business users, you will deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements on time. You will also lead and mentor technical developers, oversee development standards and code quality, and manage the development backlog and sprint delivery

What your role will be?

• Lead and contribute to complex development work, including enhancements, integrations, SSRS, and WMA.
• Lead solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical developers.
• Train technical developers in D365 F&O development.
• Manage the development backlog and sprint delivery.
• Optimize code to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Govern development standards.
• Manage code quality gates.
• Manage vendor and developer productivity.
• Collaborate with the deployment team on deployments using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).

What you will bring:

• 12+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions.
• Experience as a technical lead on D365 projects.
• Expertise in X++, C#, and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Expertise in integrating external systems using SOAP, XML, and REST APIs.
• Expertise in D365 architecture, DevOps CI/CD, and release management.
• Experience managing technical developers.
• Strong knowledge in one or more areas: D365 Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Experience in data migration, security modelling, and integration frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A highly motivated approach and enthusiasm for taking on a variety of challenges and opportunities.
