To support the R&D Department in the development, testing, and documentation of food products, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year working experience in related fields. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Good attention to details

• Team-oriented and fast learner

• Adaptable and flexible in managing changing priorities and tasks in a fast paced working environment

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities：

1. Assist the R&D team in preparing food prototypes and product samples for new product development and improvement projects.

2. Perform ingredient weighing, mixing, processing, and sample preparation according to established formulations and instructions.

3. Assist in conducting product trials, sensory evaluations, and basic laboratory testing.

4. Record and maintain accurate documentation of product trials, test results, formulations, and R&D activities.

5. Assist in conducting basic quality checks and hygiene inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

6. Support production monitoring activities, including checking Critical Control Points (CCP) where applicable.

7. Identify and report product abnormalities, non-conformities, or quality issues to the immediate superior.

8. Prepare product samples for internal evaluation, customer testing, and other R&D purposes.

9. Monitor and maintain raw material samples, ingredients, and laboratory supplies to ensure proper storage and availability.

10. Assist in preparing simple reports, maintaining records, and updating relevant R&D documentation.

11. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper handling of laboratory equipment, tools, and working areas in accordance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and company requirements.

12. Perform other R&D-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior.
