Job Description: Assist the Restaurant Manager in coordinating daily restaurant activities and maintaining efficient operations.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in supervising restaurant operations and customer service activities.

  2. Coordinate between kitchen staff and front-of-house service teams.

  3. Prepare employee schedules and monitor daily staffing requirements.

  4. Handle reservations, customer enquiries and feedback.

  5. Monitor food preparation timelines and service efficiency.

  6. Assist with stock management and daily inventory checks.

  7. Train employees on service procedures and operational standards.

  8. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety compliance.

  9. Support promotional campaigns and sales improvement initiatives.

  10. Submit operational updates and reports to management.
