About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Director to lead the growth, performance, and day-to-day operations of a business unit. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies and growth plans.
• Lead and manage business unit operations and performance.
• Set objectives and monitor key performance indicators.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities.
• Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and support team members.
• Prepare business reports and provide performance updates to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business management, operations, or leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make business decisions effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or relevant business software.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and business performance is an advantage.
